WARRANTY RETURN POLICY
Products occasionally malfunction within their warranty period. To obtain service under warranty you must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from Hotwire Fire. The product must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief description of the problem encountered and proof of date and place of purchase. NEW PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Occasionally people buy the wrong product or change their mind about a purchase. Hotwire Fire accepts returns of "new" products within 30 days of their purchase from Hotwire Fire. To qualify as “new”, the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original unopened and undamaged packaging. To obtain service for returning a new product you must first obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from a Hotwire Fire representative. The product must be returned with transportation charges prepaid and must be accompanied by a brief reason for the return and proof of purchase from Hotwire Fire. To offset our costs for receiving and placing the product back into inventory A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY TO ALL NEW PRODUCT RETURNS. Our refund policy applies to "new" products purchased within the last 30 days. To qualify as "new", the product must be unused, undamaged and in its original unopened and undamaged packaging. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund. Once your return is received and inspected per the one of the Return Policies above. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then it will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your account.
